Xlent. A Young & busy Vetinarary Clinic. Large Waiting area which definitely was appreciated with the varied breeds of Pets. Such large dogs can be a struggle & loud when not well for their owners & some small dogs can be very upset & angry. All in all, the large reception space is a huge help for separation from other customers with their owns pets problems & have your own bubble. The Receptionists, nurses & behind the scenes staff walking around & then the Vet Doctors themselves are just absolutely 💯 % tops. They Care not just about your Pet but You the Owner/Family. From an Emergency, a General problem, Prior to an Operation or procedure, Day Care, Overnight Care & afterwards pickup & explanations & reporting, you name it they have it, it seems, harmoniously routinely cohesively organised. I haven't had time yet to peruse what looked like a wide range of products shelving but no doubt they have that covered. Terrific sized car park area, just gr8 👍 I initially Googled, Vets closest to me & this Clinic came up 1st. After 1st initial visit & my pups urgent treatment started, medication & diet to be taken for 2wks to begin, I went to the Website where it allows you to Contact them. I used this feature to give updates re some changes in my pups health knowing if my report sounded off then they would contact me. Their Website is All Smartphone friendly so my & my pups details were already there to access. Anyhow you know how these Modern things are. They sent my pups coming exploratory Day in Hospital PDF Form to fill out & sent straight back to them. My whole interaction with Park Ridge Animal Hospital has been above reproach. 5 Stars 🌟 🤩 & big smiley face. I'm very comfortable to have them look after the added health care of my pup who is a senior now by the way but pup is short for, my baby.

2 half hour appointments booked for hydro baths, first time for two 4 month old pups. Both done in 20 minutes! The bath was cold (mentioned that and it wasn’t fixed) and dogs stepped out on to slippery floor. Not good for growing pups! Had to towel them off ourselves. Had to re clean their ears!! Faces weren’t touched! Won’t be back!

The team at PRAH are all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and spacious and feels welcoming. Natasha who is usually at the front desk is such a joy to be greeted and farewelled by. The vets are so patient, thorough and trustworthy. I appreciate the extra measures taken to always ensure both my dog and I are comfortable, and that I completely understand the information given.
